FUTURE PREDICTIONS. 
We can say how sure we feel about the future by using modal verbs. There are also other phrases we can use to express our certainty or uncertainty about future events.

To make afffirmative sentences the rule is used:

Subject + Am/ Are/ Is +going to + verb 

To make negative sentences the rule is used:

Subject + am not / is not/ are not + going to+ verb 

To make questions are used 2 forms:

1) Am/ Are/ Is + subject + going to+ verb+?
2) WH + Am/ Are/ Is + subject + going to+ verb+ ?

FUTURE WILL PREDICTIONS. 
For the affirmative sentences:

Subject + will +verb.

 For the negative sentences:
Subject + won´t + verb.

For the questions:

Will+ subject + verb+ ?

Examples
I will be a teacher.
He’ll travel around the world.
 You won’t have any problems.

In the present tense, there are are two Present Simple verb forms   the verb to be or other verbs. With the verb be we use am, are, and is.
